Materials

The springs in your dies are made of high tensile strength chromium silicon wire, giving them the life and movement needed to withstand the intense strains imposed by shock loading and repeated high-speed deflections.

Colors

Every die spring is color coded by work range, to simplify selection specification and in plant identification.

Shape

The round cornered rectangular configuration of Dieco die springs works harder and with less wasted energy than other designs. This ensures that stress is distributed equally across its surface, protecting against any possible fractures caused by increased pressure at sharp edges.

This optimum cross-section minimizes stress concentration while also preventing fracturing caused from stress accumulation found when dealing solely within round or square wire forms.
